ACTIVITIES

Picnicking on the Island.

The association would like to clear a spot on the end of the Island and put up some picnic tables for the members to enjoy. If it is possible we would like to add some BBQ facilities as well. Maybe in the future we can also add a boat dock with some slips for people who do not have access to lake front to dock their boat. There will be minimal parking available and hopefully public toilets.

Boat Launching

In the not too distant future we will hopefully have three access points to launch your boat. One will be at the beach area, one will be at the end of Canal St and one will be by the dam. There will be parking available at all three sites. (With a small amount of parking on Maple Ave.and Canal St.)

Beach

We will be re-doing the beach area. It will be cleaned up and enlarged. There will be a raft for the swimmers to enjoy as well as lifeguards for everyone's safety.
There will be portable toilets and parking available.

We will need all the help we can get to accomplish the tasks ahead. If everyone pitches in and volunteers a hand or materials etc... the projects will get done all that much quicker.
